Demonstration of operator adjusting MRI chair for patient access, showing intuitive user-centered design in action.

  Medical Devices

Chair–based MRI prototype for outpatient neurological diagnostics, replacing traditional MRI infrastructure with a self–contained unit for in–office assessments. The design transforms a typically intimidating diagnostic experience into a more accessible encounter. The role focused on actualizing a functional prototype for trade exhibitions—realizing articulating arm mechanics, operational maneuverability, and patient interface refinement through hands–on fabrication. Working with healthcare professionals, the design integrated visual and tactile features that aligned requirements with clinical functionality. ▤
